We are a friendly professional couple who have a self-contained and private living space that we have created and would like to welcome the right person into our home. We are looking for a mature professional person for the apartment. Our home is situated in Firswood, a quiet residential area, within easy walking distance of Chorlton with its trendy bars, cafes and pubs and shopping facilities. We have a tastefully decorated and fully furnished spacious living area to let with a flat screen TV and Fibre optic Wi-Fi, with a stylish en suite bathroom and a fully fitted modern kitchen with ceramic hob /oven, washing machine and fridge-freezer. Based in a fully modernized Edwardian semi-detached house, full of character, you look out onto mature gardens through a big, well insulated triple-glazed window. In the distance you can spot some of Manchester’s famous landmarks, i. e. Manchester United Football Club and Old Trafford Cricket Ground. The house is ideally located within a few minutes’ walk of a Metro tram stop connecting you with Manchester International Airport and Manchester City Centre, including the Northern Quarter, as well as with Salford Quays and Media City and Altrincham. Alternatively, there's a bus stop within a few minutes walking distance that connects you with the City Centre, passing MRI, Manchester University and the city centre. Our house is situated within a leafy 20 mile per hour zone with on-road parking spaces.

The house is located in walking distance to supermarkets and many local shops, pubs and eateries. There are excellent transport links to Manchester city centre, the Trafford Centre, Media city and Salford Quays. This area offers one of the best public transport around the whole of Greater Manchester. You can also access the Peak District and the Lake District and various beautiful local parks.
