Double Room In Urmston

The house is in a really nice area, a two minute drive to the M60 and Trafford centre. The people that live here are all professionals and really friendly. They are hard grafter so everyone respects the fact that everyone works and respects others space and schedules. The room is very big with a really comfortable bed! It’s heated well and has large bay windows! A nice feature arch and fireplace.

The kitchen is very spacious and always clean with plenty of storage. The lounge is really nice with a lot of space and a big smart TV. The house has been renovated so everything has a nice new feel to it. There is a new bathroom upstairs. I have never had any issues with anyone being in there when I have wanted to be as one of the rooms has an en-suite and luckily there is a downstairs toilet and basin which I only really use as I’m downstairs.
The garden is also really nice with a big BBQ area with two bbqs and a fire pit, the lounge doors also open up to the garden so it’s perfect in the summer! There is also a spare room downstairs if you choose to have a guest. There is also parking outside with CCTV and watching the driveway!
There is also a bus stop directly opposite our house.

Currently I’m three months into my tenancy agreement but I’m looking to find someone who could take over the tenancy agreement! The room came with a bed and a bedside cabinet so I’ve furnished the room, I am open to leaving some of the furniture and other bits which is open to discussion!

This is more of an idea to see how much interest I get for this room. I’m currently living in it but unfortunately I’m planning on moving back home to Suffolk ASAP for family reasons. I’ve really enjoyed living here, it’s been perfect for me. I can work around be flexible with the date I leave.
