2 Large double rooms available in Flixton

Hi,

I’m Andy, I’m 41 and I own the house. I work in Paris and spend most of my time there, so the house will basically be yours and the other tenant.

I had two fantastic tenants for the last three years and they are both moving on, so both rooms are available in the house. They are both large double rooms, and there are two living rooms downstairs, so there will be one each for the tenants.

The house is located on a nice quiet street in flixton, with shops and a pub not too far away.

There is off street parking and a reasonably sized back garden.

The house has a shared kitchen which comes fully equipped with washing machine / fridge / freezer / oven.

The bathroom will be shared between the two tenants. It’s has electric shower and a bath. There is also a separate toilet downstairs.

Bills will be approximately £100 each on top of the rent
