It is nice and bright as it has two double glazed windows in the room, and also has a built in dressing table and mirror. The house is furnished and has one other tenant who is clean, respectful and friendly. It has a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. The house has a log burner fire for cosy winters and it has a lovely garden with an egg chair too for when the weather is good.

Great transport links. 20 minute bus door to door to Stockport or goes to Ashton in the other direction. Closest train station is Hyde Central which takes you to Manchester Piccadilly and is 15 minute walk away.

Close to some lovely walks, hikes and a canal. Backs onto the bridle way. Close to Werneth Low Country Park too.

Plenty of on street parking in a safe area.
