Large double room available in Edwardian house

We are two 31 y/o young professionals, looking for a flatmate/couple to take over the third bedroom in our house share.

The room is big enough to fit a kingsize bed and wardrobe (included), with room to spare. Downstairs, there is a large kitchen and two living rooms; so plenty of space to socialise with guests or chill out on your own. We also have a parking on the drive at the front, and a garden to the rear (big enough for BBQs!)

We are right by Old Trafford and minutes from Salford Quays, with plenty of transport links into the city (based in between two Met stops, and on the major Stretford bus routes). Tesco, Aldi, Lidl, M&S, Iceland and Home Bargains on our doorstep- and a gym!

Josh works in an office, and I mainly work from home, going into the office once/twice a week. The house has a fourth small bedroom that I’m currently using as an office (happy to share!), or we can easily fit a desk elsewhere in the house for fellow home-workers

Rent is £425, bills are approx. £140-170 p/month (energy bills fluctuate over winter, but we have a smart meter to keep an eye on it). Broadband is 80mb, and we have wi-fi extenders. We’re clean and tidy, giving the house a good scrub all the way through at least once a week.

We’re LGBTQ, smoker and small pet friendly. Available immediately! Landlord is happy with a rolling contract, but ideally we’d like someone looking for at least 6 months
