My current housemate is looking at moving out in the next few months so im on the hunt for someone to take over his half of the tenancy.
This is a large semi-detached house close to bus routes. It's technically a 3 bed room house but one of the rooms can't be let due to it's size.
Landlords really good at getting things sorted. Never had any issues. We've also just had our annual inspection and had no concerns.

Im a 23 year old trans man (so you must be LGBTQ friendly) who currently works 2 jobs in disability and youth work. I love board games, cooking and music. I do also enjoy a night out when im not working a weekend 😅 If you have any questions about me, im more than happy to answer
