Friendly housemate

Lovely room with all bills included in the rent (including council tax and broadband) available in my house. I'm an Irish female professional, there are currently two of us sharing (one male one female, not a couple) and our third housemate is about to move out. The room is furnished and comfortable, quiet, all bills included and there is a TV point in the room. It's quiet at the back of the house and furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Onstreet parking, good public transport, several bus routes to city centre and elsewhere, tram ca 10 mins walk and excellent motorway links nearby. Chorlton, Urmston and Sale are all close (as is the Trafford centre) and Salford Quays or Media City (where I work) is around a 10-15 min cycle or drive for anyone working there.
There is a really convenient Co-op mini-supermarket on the corner, open 7 days til 11pm and the Stretford Leisure centre and pool are also only a 5 min walk away. The house is clean, comfortable, has all the usual mod cons and a nice little garden to sit out in, weather permitting! ;-)
We're a friendly houseshare, with each of us doing our own thing as well. There are currently two of us in the house and I am the house owner. We have a lovely house cat called Wez so someone who likes cats/doesn't have a cat allergy would be great. A full-time professional as a housemate would be ideal, someone clean and friendly who is properly housetrained! (Sorry but I've had a few studenty types and I really don't want someone who isn't prepared to leave communal areas (kitchen/bathroom etc) as they found them, hopefully that's not too much to ask!)
