The house faces a nice quiet park and is two minutes to a main arterial road, Hyde Road, which has frequent buses into Manchester city centre, journey time 20 minutes. There is a large Tesco nearby along with an indoor market and local shops. Also close by are a PureGym and park at Debdale.
I am a 62 year old semi-retired professional guy (gay male), there is currently one lodger aged 28 in a top floor room. Whilst there are five double bedrooms in this house as well as me I only let out two rooms, one other room being office, the last room is a spare guest room.
My home is friendly, comfortable, easy going which welcomes new lodgers who are welcome regardless of gender, sexuality, ethnicity, age and background - just be polite, respectful, friendly, nice, clean and tidy.
