I’m Kevin (40), a psychotherapist and software developer, living with housemate James (30), who works as an emergency care assistant. We’re looking for a third who’ll fit in well here - the vibe is a friendly, down-to-earth house with a creative, queer-friendly feel.

James works shifts, so we’re used to slightly irregular routines and are mindful about noise and shared spaces. I've got two cats, so you’ll need to be happy sharing the space with them also.

This would suit someone open-minded, friendly, and comfortable in a home where people are themselves. Being clean, considerate, having good boundaries, while still being up for a chat are the most important bits. Smokers ok as long as it's outdoors.

Communal spaces furnished with comfort and personality — think artwork, plants, and comfy spots to hang out or work.
There's plenty of on-street parking in the area and good connections to the M60 and the Pennines. 201, 202, 205, 7 bus stop within sight of the house and access to 203 and 42a also. 15 mins to Reddish North station.
