A double bedroom is available to rent in a spacious house. The room is furnished to a good standard. Spacious living room area and kitchen. Small back garden as well to sit in during good weather. There is a third bedroom which I use as a walk in wardrobe and there will be space (if required) to put your clothes and items.

The house is located in a very lovely, quite streets with lovely neighbours. The house also faces a park. There is very good transport links, frequent buses to town (5minute walk to nearest bus stop) and it takes 15minutes to get to town. There is also a train (5mins away) to picaddily and it takes 8minutes. Tesco and Aldi are also 5minutes away.

I am a professional so will be out most of the day and return in the evening. I am a very sociable, tidy and welcoming person. I am looking for a professional roommate who is also tidy.
