Hi, I have a well sized double room to let in 3 bed property. Available from the 29th of July. The room is not huge but it is fully furnished and has a single bed, wardrobe (to be upgraded) and a desk. We have a comfortable open plan kitchen/living area.

The property has Virgin TV and wireless internet, and kitchen has all essential appliances, such as washing machine (to be upgraded) , cooker & fridge freezer. The property is a 10 minute Bus-Ride to the City Centre, and about 12 min walk to superstores and Post Office. Close to pubs and shops on Gorton Lane.

You would be sharing with a man and his son, both are mixed. Very friendly and easygoing, I like a drink and a laugh, and the odd glass of wine in the evening. I have a busy career, so are not around the property all the time.

The deposit will be required when you are interested and happy with your new room.
