2 bedrooms available in house share in Gorton

We have a lovely clean house in Gorton 5 minutes from a bus route into Manchester (15 minutes bus ride), also near to the train station and 5 minutes from a 24 hour Tesco. The house has 4 bedrooms and we have 2 single rooms available. It is an all girls house, so the two girls living there at the moment are: Katie aged 24 who is a children and youth worker; and Ellie aged 21, a music student studying at Salford University. The rent is £250 a month for a single room plus gas and electricity which is shared with all the tenants, together with a shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom, all very clean and well maintained.
