Professional Roomate Wanted - Doubleroom Bills Inc

Hello there,

Currently, I have a room to let in a new build area of Gorton, 10mins from city centre, very easy links to get to town by train (ryder brow/reddish north) or by bus (come every 10mins). Just of the busy main road Hyde Road near local amenities such as Tesco, Aldi and local pubs.

The house itself is a new build, there is a downstairs loo and upstairs bathroom for your use only. A small box room/soon to be study, a garden and off road parking. If required there is a double bed, curtains.

I am a professional teacher in a local high school aged 28, looking for someone easy to get along with and socialize with maybe even partake in a few glasses of vino. i am cleaning person and would like someone who is the same. Like a bit of tv and movie nights in every now and again like to out in town. Must like dogs as i have a small Yorkshire terrier who is very friendly and likes a cuddle.

Rent is £110 pw (£440pcm)including gas, electric, water, unlimited internet, council tax. (extra Sky tv channels can be added)
