Housemate wanted for all female house share

Hi I’m Lizzie, a current housemate in a wonderful countryside 4 bed, 4 story house. It is a 5 minute walk to the station and a 20 minute train ride or 40 min drive to Manchester City Centre. There are 2 large living rooms, 3 bathrooms and a garden, as well as parking available on the street. 10 min walk to Tesco and bus stops 5 mins away. The landlord lives-in the house and is a very friendly woman who works as a teacher so will be out for most of the day during term time. I am a masters student at the university and looking for a friendly, sociable and respectful housemate to share this space with! Preferably a student. All bills included.
