Hello!

I am looking for someone to take my place as a tenant at Burlington Square Apartments on the 30th of September, 2024.

It is for a 1 bedroom flat, with a separate & very large living room + open plan kitchen, as well as a large separate bathroom.
The bedroom itself is also very large with gorgeous floor to ceiling windows.

The flat is on the 4th floor of the building and is very private.

- Can choose to continue tenancy on a monthly rolling contract after April 2025.

RENT INFORMATION:

- Bills and Wifi not included.

- The rent is £1,150 pcm and the contract ends 01/04/2025, however if you wish to stay longer you can easily continue renting on a monthly rolling contract thereafter.

- You will be required to pay the full deposit amount when moving in, however as usual this is refundable at the end of the contract according to the terms.

- Upon taking over the tenancy, the contract will be transferred to be under your name with your details, and you will need to pass referencing that will be requested by the agency (the agency is Urbanbubble Ltd).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

The location of this specific flat within the building is particularly fortunate as well, because it is one of the only flats in the ENTIRE building which has a lift directly next door to the flat.
This lift takes you straight to the underground car park and communal bins, making it a very convenient spot to live.

The underground car park also acts as an alternative exit to the building, so you have quick access to the entering and exiting the building.

On top of this, there is a communal roof terrace with tables and seating (very rarely used by other tenants).
This roof terrace is also conveniently on the 4th floor of the building.
My flat in particular is, again, one of the only flats in the ENTIRE building where the roof terrace is at the end of my corridor, so it feels like having your own garden.

I would love to continue living here, however I have to end my tenancy early due to needing to unexpectedly relocate for work.
