Hi! I’m looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful flatmate to share this 2 bed, 2 bath third-floor flat.
LGBTQ+ friendly. Women/post-grads/professionals preferred
The flat is in a great location – walking distance to MRI, University of Manchester, Whitworth Park and Gallery, plus loads of great shops, restaurants and cafes.
Easy transport links to Manchester city centre, Didsbury, and Stockport.

The Room & Flat:

Fully furnished double room.
Spacious flat with a comfy living area, large storage cupboard, balcony and kitchen.
You’ll have use of the main bathroom (not ensuite, but all yours as I have my own).

Car parking is available via a permit through the landlord.

Bills approx. £125 - £140/month each depending on the time of year (includes council tax, broadband, water, and electricity)

About Me:
I’m sociable but also like my own space and downtime and am looking for someone with a similar vibe. Happy to hang out over a drink or a film. I work Mon-Fri 9-5 from the office, but there is a desk area if you wfh.

I am slightly nerdy so someone similar would be great. I love music, galleries, museums, video games, the theatre and cinema visits.

Move-in date: Early to mid October but can be flexible – happy to chat about this..
