Single room, with laminate flooring, curtains, 2 sets of drawers and storage cupboard. Recently decorated grey/silver. Free parking available on the street and public car park opposite. Convenience shop just over the road. Quiet and nice area. Bus stop right outside to go to altrincham Town where there is shops, met, ect. Must be ok with dogs. Would consider reducing rent for extra help in the house
