The flat has a lounge, a bathroom (bath shower), a separate toilet and kitchen - all available to share.

Parking available.

The flat is located above a row of shops - this flat is above a convenience store. Other shops on the row include bakery, fish and chip shop and Chinese.

The flat is on Moss Lane, 10 minute walk into Altrincham town centre, 5 minute drive to Hale Barns town centre, 5 minute drive into Hale town centre, 10 minute walk to Altrincham Interchange (metro link, train station, and bus station) which can get you into Manchester City centre in around 30 minutes.

I do have a little guinea pig called Kevin, he’s 1 and mostly well behaved but is also very cheeky - very affectionate. I hold all responsibility for Kevin so no need to worry about any expectations.

Bills included in price, only extra costs will be council tax - £78.

I am 26 and female. I work as an Assistant Psychologist and work Monday to Friday 9:30-5:30. I am happy to share the lounge area with you or if you wish to just be in the room, I am also fine with that. I can remain responsible for keeping the flat clean and tidy or can share this responsibility. You would be responsible for keeping the bedroom clean and tidy.

Overnight guests are welcome on occasion and must be requested from myself. It’s a shared property so please be respectful and considerate regarding this.
