Hi there! I’m looking for a housemate to move in to my current rented property in Hale. The house is a 3 story, 2 bedroom house. 1 mile from the centre of hale village and 1 mile to Altrincham, both with great transport links.

The rent is £1,200 a month (bills include council tax band D, broadband, water, gas&electric, and a fortnightly cleaner)

The house is fully furnished, and the bedroom has a bed with mattress/ clothes rail/ bedside tables and lamps.

There is a converted basement which I have turned in to an office, along with a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

On the main ground floor is a seperate living room and dining room, which leads on to a lovely modern kitchen.

The top floor has both double bedrooms and a shared bathroom.

A little bit about me… I am a 30 year old professional, I mainly work from home 5 days a week. I really don’t mind if you also work from home as the house is big enough for us both to do so.

I really enjoy going to events/ gigs, but equally enjoy a quiet weekend walking in the lakes/ Peaks and cooking every now and then! I’m looking for someone with similar interests who is chill, tidy and outgoing.
