Double bedroom with bathroom available from January (aware it’s a bit early but I’m not really around in December for viewings and appreciate it’s a busy time for everyone else) bills not included and will be split based on usage, expected to be around £100 per month (council tax Band E, elec, gas and water all quite reasonable) WiFi included in rent.
Situated on the edge of Hale with Hale village, Altrincham town centre and the M56 leading into Manchester only a 5 minute drive away.
Apartment is fully furnished and there’s on street parking.
I work in town 4/5 days a week with the odd day at home, my work's quite stressful and I do long days but I’ll be about at weekends and some evenings.
I’m quite sociable and don’t mind having someone move in that would want to do things like dinner, walks, nights out etc or if you’d rather keep yourself to yourself that’s fine as well.

Apartment is currently in the middle of having some cosmetic upgrades, your bathroom is being upgraded mid November so will be nice and shiney for you moving in but the current photo gives you a rough idea of the layout and what is included as this is not changing.
The room available is finished with new carpets and furniture. The kitchen and living room flooring are being done late January, kitchen is fully functional it’s just being upgraded.
I will do my best to minimise any issues from the kitchen works (the flooring should just take a day) and will give plenty prior warning, the kitchen’s small so shouldn’t more than a couple of days but I can consider a rebate if there is a lot of disruption.
