The house is a semi with a lovely private garden and roadside parking.
I recently refurbished the house a year ago and the facilities include

Large utility room for washing and ironing room
Large living room with sky hd tv and surround sound
Cinema room with 3m wide screen and sky hd tv and surround sound
Music system in kitchen, living room and kitchen (sonos) which you can control from your phone and you can listen to radio and any music online or your own
There are excellent transport links to local motor ways including m56, m60, m6, Manchester airport etc
The room has a double bed and a large wardrobe plus a bathroom and a shower next room over
We are both easy going you professionals and would like to live with someone similar
