Single bed in a pretty cool house

We've got a single bedroom available. Fully furnished house with loads of amenities (shopping center) 5 minutes walk from the house. We're 3 miles away from the city center with loads of transport links... Three minutes to the bus stop and the city center is about 10 minutes away on the bus. There are two of us currently (me and my brother) and we're looking for someone to help fill up the third bedroom. We're both pretty chill, we love music and a drink every now and then.
