Small double to rent

Currently living in a 2 bed flat in an easily accessible location in Harpurhey. My flatmate is unfortunately moving out and I would like to find someone to move in with me as I really like the space.

Someone respectful of each other space but willing to hang out from time to time. Also someone to help clean communal areas though I'm not super arsey about it as long as we both keep if clean and safe.

I'm a homebody and usually just keep to myself. I'd like my future flatmate to consider this as their home and treat it as such. Having people over and stuff I'm not bothered about. Please let me know if this might interest you. I'm not really great at describing things. But please any questions let me know x
