Short term let's. small double room (three quarter bed) single occupancy only. Room to rent in a smart cottage in Harwood. Shared kitchen. Dining room which is shared but you may use it as a separate sitting room. Shared bathroom with owner though there is a separate toilet downstairs. All the usual mod cons central heating broadband, washing machine and dishwasher. Driveway parking and gardens.
lovely area close to all amenities, friendly quiet neighbourhood and only two minute walk to shops, pubs, on bus route, 10 mins drive from town centre, motorways.
I have successfully rented rooms out in several properties over the years to both male and females. I would like the new person to be in full time employment (not working from home) The deposit of £495.00 plus a months rent in advance is a requirement...I look forward to hearing from you...
