Room to rent-furnished

Hey my names Alia

I have a room to rent in Haughton Green. I will only accept a female to rent.

I have two border collies who are very cute but unfortunately cannot accept other pets as they wouldn’t like it.

The right housemate will need to love dogs and be confident with them as they can be quite full on.

The house has two bedrooms, good sized kitchen/dining room, separate living room, shared bathroom with bath/shower. A really good sized garden and a private car park belonging to the property.

I work long hours from early in the morning and study when I get home so I am not around much.

The room is furnished but I can empty it for the right person.

Someone who is quite happy to do their own thing but also would enjoy a movie and a glass of wine every now and again would be ideal.
