Double room in large refurbished house

We are advertising the furnished spare room in our house in Hazel Grove the house has recently been completely refurbished so everything is nice new and clean. The room has a double bed a large set of drawers and a clothes rail. There is plenty of room for a desk or wardrobe if required. Although there is no en-suite attached to the room my room does have one so the majority of the time there will only be you using the bathroom and separate toilet. Downstairs there is a large open plan living kitchen (with coffee machine!) dining room which has bi-fold doors that open up onto a large private garden the house has too living rooms meaning loads of room that you have space. There is also a large utility room which has a washing machine and tumble drier. we are sociable but also respect others space. We would like to rent the room to someone who fits in and we can get along with, someone with similar interests would be ideal but not essential, we are both keen cyclist and also enjoy climbing but enjoy pretty much anything outdoors and active also enjoy the odd trip to the pub. The house is in a great location, a short walk from the train station or 192 bus which runs regularly to Manchester or Stockport and conveniently located for stepping hill hospital. Renting the room to someone who fits in and is nice to have around the house is very important so if you message please say a little about yourself.
