The house is situated in the centre of residential Heald Green SK8 in easy reach of all the amenities but well away from busy road junctions, take aways, late shops, train lines and the flight path.
- All inclusive rent in the fully furnished and equiped house includes council tax and all utilities, gas, electric, ater and has 900mbps full fibre broadband etc.
- The house has an EPC rating of C and there are no extra charges for using the appliances
- Landlord with 30 years experience of renting out house shares. Deal direct as I live in Heald Green not some miles away landlord or agency.
