Hello I’m Gemma. I have a 4 bed house in Heald Green within close walks to pubs and the train station for Manchester airport, Stockport and Manchester. Close to the A34, m56/M60, airport, hospitals (stepping hill/Wyhthenshawe hospital and Manchester royal infirmary, bus stops and shops.
I have rented out rooms for quite a long time now and my current house mate after 2.5 years is moving on to pastures new. (Well for a new months).
I would like to offer one of my furnished double rooms. The long bedroom is now occupied.
I’m very friendly, 43 year old paramedic who works daytime only. Not a party animal. I’d rather be home by 9!!
I have a small dog who are lazier than anything.
I was also cabin crew for 10 years and really miss it!!
I’m looking for someone who’s friendly, tidy, clean, respectful and who would like to do things together every now and then.
All I ask you to provide is a £400 deposit, your own bed sheets and towels. The room is fully finished.
