Room comes with a double bed with quality mattress, triple wardrobes and chest of drawers, desk and extra open storage space.

Located in a quiet avenue in Heald Green away from the flight path & away from traffic of the main roads and shops, but only a 10 min walk away from the shops and train station.

The house (see video) has the 3 bedrooms on the top floor. The shared bathroom is on the middle floor and has a bath, shower WC and sink

The lounge with large TV and two leather sofas is on the middle floor as is the fully equipped kitchen.

Kitchen fully equipped dual fuel cooker, microwave and washing machine All pots pans etc. are included

There is 1 Bathroom shared between 3. It has a bath with over bath shower, WC and basin

The bills are included in the rent. Gas, water, electric, TV licence, broadband and council tax.

All appliances are provided, iron, vac, washing machine & two fridge/freezers.
