The house is bright, spacious, and tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac SK8 3HB, well away from the busy Wilmslow Rd/Finney Lane, buses, fast food takeaways, yet close to everything you need.

Our 4-bedroom townhouse has just four housemates and 3 bathrooms, so there’s plenty of room for everyone. It’s clean, cosy, and has a welcoming feel from the moment you walk in.

**Room 1 – Extra large room on the Top Floor (Available May 2026)**
- £725 pcm (all bills included)
- Double bed, brand new mattress, triple wardrobe, desk & drawers, bed side drawers, 2 seater sofa and TV
- Shared bathroom with bath, shower, WC & sink

### 💡 What’s Included in the Rent
- All bills: council tax, gas, electric, water, TV licence & ultra-fast Full Fibre broadband
- Initial move-in: first month’s rent + £275 rent up front
- Minimum stay: 6 months, then 1 month rolling tenancy, 2 months notice to quit required. The upfront rent will be returned as part of the 2nd months rent of the notice period.
