The bedroom is a generous double. Brand new bed and mattress. Included is a wardrobe, cabinet and bedside table.

The house is fully furnished and well maintained. We have the benefit of a dishwasher and washer dryer. There’s a cosy living room/dining room, and plenty of storage in the basement.

Outside, we’ve got a large patio area and lush garden. On-street parking to the front. Full fibre broadband.

Eve (28) from Leeds and works for a university. Laura (38) from Manchester and works for a regulator. Eve moved in at the start of the year.

We're friendly and sociable. Both of us are hybrid. The house is a calm and peaceful place. We're experienced house sharers and respectful of others. We keep the place tidy. We’re also arranging to have a regular cleaner start soon.

Eve is vegetarian, Laura is flexitarian. Laura works away a lot, so you and Eve will often have the place to yourselves…

We have similar interests, like hiking, camping, being outdoors, yoga, backpacking, cooking, etc. Very demure, very mindful things

Would be great to find someone similar. We’d like someone who works full time with ‘regular’ hours (i. e. not shift work)
