There is a dog (dog is friendly cavalier). Property is on A6 with bus stop outside house with bus direct to Manchester and Stockport. Or 5 minute walk to heaton chapel train station. All 4 guys work in service industry - 3 are chefs. It's not a party house but all the guys hang out most nights together (in the top apartment- so communal areas are never busy and are quiet) or go to concerts/cinema/travel/restaur ants etc. No one hardly uses
