Room available in smart newly furbished end terrace in lovely street in Heaton Moor. Located 5 minutes from Heaton Chapel railway station and permit parking means you can park easily. I work in London so you will have the run of the house for most of the week without a live in landlady! I am easy going and given I rent a room in London I am used to knowing how to live with others easily and accommodate your needs.
Downstairs there is a great open plan kitchen , dining room and little lounge area onto the garden which is yours. I tend to use the larger lounge. Your room is lovely bright large double room with great furnishings and plenty of storage. It is very quiet looking out onto the gardens of the Heatons. This room would suit someone who is able to enjoy being in a house alone and has a professional life outside.
