Small Double Room in Smart Home

The house is in a lovely street in Heaton Moor a 5 minute walk to the railway station with trains taking you into the city centre in 8 Minutes and elsewhere across greater manchester, plus tram a 10 minute drive away at East Didbury
Large open plan modern kitchen and dining room easy for communal use and a natter over the island. You have your own little lounge too separate to me so you don't have to just be the bedroom.
Double bed in new decorated bedroom, well furnished, very quiet plenty of storage. Small but also not a box room!
I have a lovely Labrador very well trained so you need to be ok around dogs. I feed him outside and keep the house well cleaned and free of dog smells etc.
Would suit professional lady who wants to be in a lovely house in a fantastic location with the privacy of their own large bedroom. I also work from home so would not suit someone who wants to work at home all week but some days working from home can work. It is not suited for couples.
I have had many people stay with me and all has gone well. It is a relaxed calm and a very happy home. I require one months notice when you wish to move out ok Thanks Wendy
