Attic room available in friendly 4 bed house

Hello!

We are looking for a new housemate to fill an attic bedroom in our rented house in Heaton Mersey. Our current housemate is moving in with his partner so we're looking for someone to move in ideally 4th November.

We are 4 friends - Jamie, Dom, Jack & Jemma (couple who share a bedroom). Two of us are PhD students and the other two have real jobs. Some of us work from home on certain days during the week. We are pretty mixed in terms of our interests outside of work but we all enjoy spending time outdoors, either getting out climbing/biking/running/general frolicking.

It is a sociable house with other friends and partners coming and going so you can always expect a friendly face around. That being said, we are all pretty chilled and appreciate each others own space too. Most of us like a drink every now and then but we're definitely not a big party house either.

Local shops and pubs are just a few minutes walk, with a bigger supermarket being about 15 minutes walk away. Parking is available outside and on nearby roads. East Didsbury tram stop and train station are only 15 minute walk away, similarly the Stockport train station is a 10 minute bus commute away. Large cellar space for safe bike storage.

We've already been renting this house for one year and have a good relationship with the landlord. We extended our lease up until the end of March and it's likely that it will be extended further.
