Pristine Heaton Moor flat with surrounding large communal gardens. I also have an amazing cleaner who comes every 2 weeks!

I’m an easy-going, low maintenance guy - I have my own business and am often out of the apartment. I'll be away quite a lot over the summer so you'll often have the place to yourself - You will be sharing just with me :-)

I have hosted foreign students for years so I'm very welcoming to newbies to Manchester :-)

The apartment is located in Heaton Moor Village, close to many amenities including supermarkets, chemists, hairdressers, parks, spas, gyms, library, cinema, restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs.

There is also ample offroad parking if you need to store your vechicle in a safe location as the area is covered by CCTV. There are optional garages too if you need access to extra storage.

Very close to the train station which is then 10 minutes ride into Manchester City Centre or 5 minutes to Stockport.

Incredibly safe, secure and cosy location.
