I may be working away quite a bit from end of October so house would be yours quite often.
I work a lot and visit Spain often in the winter (Spanish speaker and resident).
This is not a ‘house share’ type let as this is my house and I have a couple of spare rooms and I would like to rent one to the right person.
This house is warm in the winter and cool in the summer, unreal location 5 minute walk from Heaton chapel train station (10 minutes to Manchester Piccadilly).
Very chilled house in the week especially in winter.
Looking for a respectable adult who can keep on top of cleanliness etc with interesting chat and a solid house mate!
