The apartment is in a Victorian building in the heart of vibrant Heaton Moor, and very close to an array of shops, bars and restaurants. The Savoy vintage cinema is down the road.

The railway station is a 5 minute walk away - Piccadilly train station is just a couple of stops away. There is parking at the back of the property for one car.

You will be sharing with a professional female who is in her early 30's who is sociable and easy going, and who likes some of her own space, and wants to share with a female who is similar.

There is a shared bathroom and two separate living areas, so plenty of space. The double bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished to suit yourself.
