Spacious double room in relaxing Heaton Moor home

Hey everyone!

I have a bright and spacious double room in my relaxed, rented house in Heaton Moor. (Your room would be the first bedroom shown in the video)

My partner is moving back to the US so I am looking for a replacement tenant to share the home with on a long-term basis.

- Rent is £650pcm + bills (£180 approx, lower in summer)
- The bedroom is large and bright, and the space has two generous communal rooms (large living room and dining room), cute kitchen with a brand new oven, oak flooring, bath, and cute rear garden.
- The room can come unfurnished or part‑furnished, depending on what your needs are, we can figure something out.
- The area is awesome--the house is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac in Heaton Moor, just a few minutes walk away from plently of cafes, shops and bars, even a really cool old cinema called the Savoy.
- Move‑in date isn't until August, so taking the time to find the right person is my priority :-)

👩‍💻 I have a small office in the house which I fully WFH in as a tutor, mentor and creative. I'd ideally prefer someone who works outside the home at least part of the week to keep the space balanced.
I enjoy a lot of quiet time to myself, but would love to find someone I get on well with and can share the odd glass of wine, cup of tea, movie or meal together. I also have an awesome bunch of friends which, if you were looking for that sort of thing, would love to bring you into!

😺 I live here with my sweet tortoiseshell cat Amaya, so an animal lover is a must! She has a touch of asthma, so I have to be careful what scents I use in the house, and definitely a no smoking zone indoors.

✨ I enjoy getting out and about to local gigs and events, and mostly just spend time chilling in the house reading, watching movies or working on creative projects.
