Hey everyone!
I am looking for a housemate to join me in this beaut house in Heaton Moor.
Current housemate is moving back to the US so I am looking for a replacement tenant to share the home with. No shot-term lets, sorry!

- Rent is £650pcm + bills (£170 approx, lower in summer)
- The bedroom is large and bright, and the space has two generous communal rooms (large living room and dining room), cute kitchen with a brand new oven, oak flooring, bath, and cute rear garden.
- The room can come unfurnished or part‑furnished, depending on what your needs are, we can figure something out.
- The area is awesome--the house is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac in Heaton Moor, just a few minutes walk away from plently of cafes, shops and bars, even a really cool old cinema called the Savoy.
- Move‑in date isn't until September 2026, so taking the time to find the right person is my priority :-)

👩💻 I have a small office in the house which I fully WFH in as a tutor, mentor and creative. I'd ideally prefer someone who works outside the home to help keep the space feeling balanced.
I enjoy chilled time to myself, but would love to find someone to can also become a friend, and enjoy food, drink, activities or a night out together!
😺 I live here with my sweet tortoiseshell cat Amaya, so an animal lover is a must! She has a touch of asthma, so I have to be careful what scents I use in the house, and definitely a no smoking zone indoors.
✨ I enjoy getting out and about to local gigs and events, but equally happy to chill at home reading, watching movies or working on creative projects.

Looking for someone kind, tidy, friendly and respectful of shared spaces, who enjoys a balance of socialising and downtime, and someone who would enjoy feeling part of a home and make a friend rather than just filling a room. The landlord has requested the next tenant be in full-time employment and will need references etc for that.
