Large double room Heaton Moor with En-Suite

We are Hannah, Lucie and Jamie and are looking for an additional female to share the house .😊

This is a friendly house and is is always clean and tidy.

This is a light & airy room, furnished with a bed, wardrobe, bookcase, chest of drawers and a desk. It has its own private en-suite comprising of a sink, toilet and shower.
In the rest of the house there is a shared lounge (with smart TV), dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted, including washing machine, dryer, cooker, micro-wave and American style fridge/freezer. We also have a large, sunny garden space to enjoy in the summer

The rent includes council tax, WiFi and Water rates. The rest of the utility bills are our responsibility they come to about £65 a month in the winter months and £40 in the summer

The house has great transport links. Stockport is 5 minutes in the car and Heaton Moor station is about 5 minutes walk. The 192 bus to Stockport/Piccadilly Manchester stops outside of our house. It is a 10 min walk up onto Heaton moor where there are a fantastic selection of bars, restaurants and cafes. Side street parking available.
