Room to rent in terraced house near Prestwich

I'm looking for a 20 or 30 something professional to share my house close to Heaton Park. It's two minutes walk from the Metrolink and the Park and ten minutes from Prestwich village.
I'm happy to consider lets of any duration. All I ask is that you're easy going, have a good sense of humour and are clean and tidy.
I work for a city centre restaurant so spend some evenings and weekends at work.
In my spare time I love going to gigs, having drinks with friends, watching the footy and eating out at restaurants.
