House mate wanted

Double bed room with king size bed. The house is near Heaton Park in Prestwich and has good bus and tram links into either Bury or Manchester. Internet access. All utility bills included. UK landline calls are also included as well as some over seas calls for up to one hour at a time. I am quite easy going and relaxed. I love animals and have a little dog. I would like to share with either a professional person or an over seas student. Short term stay considered.
