Roommate Wanted - Be Nice and Chill

Room for rent in a converted basement of a 3 bedroom house-share. The house is a lovely spacious property in a small suburb of Heavily, Stockport.

The house is well situated, 5 minutes walk from Davenport train station and 5 minutes walk from the A6, which easily facilitates travel to the centre of Stockport and Manchester. Also for artists and musicians, we keep a small studio space at Hallam Mill, also 5 minutes walk away, which you can have 24 access to for a small additional fee. 2 minutes walk from the property is the main stretch of Davenport, which has a bar, restaurants, shops and local businesses.

The house itself is cosy and welcoming, containing a large modern kitchen, a living room with a big TV and reclining leather sofas, and a multi purpose middle room which has a dinner table, a piano and a computer set up for recording music.
Throughout the house there is art on the walls and an overall atmosphere of creativity and self expression. You would be invited to share the space equally and express yourself in the decor as much as we do.
The house also has a lovely medium-sized well-kept garden with a decking at the front and stone patio at the back.

Your housemates are two young professionals in our early 30s. We treat our house with love and pride, and strive to make it a relaxing and joyous place to live. We are both creatives in full time employment, who enjoy a good time but mainly use the house as a sanctuary away from our busy lives. Not much action, noise or partying happens in the house but we are not against that by any means.
