Descent double room

A room is available in a 3 bedroom newly built house. I am looking for a house mate to live with me. The house is nice and tidy, close to local shops and takeaway. The room has a double bed with memory foam, drawers, clothes hanging facility and a shared bathroom.

There is on the road parking in front of the house.
Where I live in Heywood is within easy reach of the M60 and M62 motorway leading to the surrounding areas and has many shops and restaurants around.
The rent includes, gas, water, electricity, council tax, and super-fast broadband.

Convenient location: Only 5 minutes walk to Heywood Sports facility, Morrison’s superstore, B&M etc also to town Centre and to the Bus stop to Manchester

Would prefer a professional, someone who doesn’t work from home.

References from previous landlord and/or from current employer is needed
