Gorgeous 3 bed semi, separate living rooms, shared bathroom, large garden at the back with sunshine all the time in summer, tenant will benefit from their own living room, just need their own TV, broadband, and all other bills included in the rent. Kitchen is shared but big, enough for two people to cook at the same time.

I am looking for a professional house mate who works a 9-5 preferably, who is similar to me in that they are easy to live with, love animals as I have 2 dogs and a cat, someone who is reliable and dependable and who will be respectful at all times, and who is clean and tidy.

The council tax band is A, the neighbourhood is very quiet and I intend to maintain this so late night parties etc. are out of the question

The house is very close to the M62/M60 motorways, close to the supermarket, all within walking distance, with good links to Bury, links to Manchester City centre by public transport (30 mins by car, 40 by bus). My dogs are small and well behaved and I make sure they are clean and groomed.

Get in touch asap to come and see the house. There is a sofa bed currently, and a built in wardrobe with shelves in there for sole use of the tenant, not adjacent to my bedroom for privacy. I am a single female, I am out a lot as I am very busy, but work from home on a Saturday daytime and in the evenings, but can do this in a separate room.
