The Unique Setup

Kitchen: A clean, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, gas hob, washing machine, and ample cupboard space.
Bathroom: A full suite including a bathtub with a shower and a frosted window for natural light.
Parking: Plenty of convenient on-street parking right outside the front door.
All bills included apart from Gas & Electricity.
Who I’m Looking For
Because I take great pride in my home and I am away frequently, I am looking for a tenant who is exceptionally neat and tidy.
Spick & Span: You are someone who treats the house as your own and keeps the shared spaces sparkling.
Quiet Lifestyle: This is a peaceful home. To keep things simple and secure while I am away, this is a no-sleepover household (though I may consider an exception on rare occasions with prior notice). Please note Couples are also considered, however with an additional monthly charge.
