Looking for a peaceful, well-maintained home with plenty of space? I’m renting out a beautiful double room in a 3-bedroom house where you will have the entire place to yourself for around three weeks out of every month.

A full suite including a bathtub with shower and a frosted window providing natural light.
Parking:
Plenty of convenient on-street parking available directly outside the house.

Who I’m Looking For
I’m looking for a tenant who is exceptionally neat, tidy, and respectful of the home.
• Spick & Span: Someone who treats the property as their own and keeps shared areas clean.
• Quiet Lifestyle: This is a calm and peaceful household. To maintain simplicity and security, this is a no-sleepover home, though rare exceptions may be considered with prior notice.
• Couples Considered: Couples may be considered with an additional monthly charge.
