Furnished double room available in a well-kept 3-bedroom house in Heywood, with excellent transport links to Bury, Rochdale and Manchester.

I’m a live-in landlord, 36, and the house is a relaxed, friendly and respectful home. It’s not a party house, but it’s a comfortable and sociable environment where people can have a chat or spend time together, while also respecting personal space.

The room is a small double and comes fully furnished with a bed, bedding, TV and wardrobe, along with plenty of additional storage space and useful items such as a laundry basket, which can be used if needed.

A key benefit of this property is that the tenant will also have exclusive use of a second room, included in the rent. This space is currently set up with a built-in bed and storage, wardrobe, desk and gaming chair, and can be used as a private office, dressing room, gaming room or additional storage.

The house also has two separate living rooms, a shared kitchen and bathroom, and a calm, comfortable atmosphere.

I’m looking for a working professional or someone in employment who is clean, considerate and respectful of shared spaces. The ideal person is looking for a home rather than just a room.

Single occupancy only.
Pets may be considered but would need to be discussed beforehand.
