I have to offer a furnished double room, from 2nd of April.
There is a front and back garden, shared living room and dining room a tiny sassy rabbit with huge personality.

I am an professional that is also studying so I am looking for somebody that we could enjoy living together in friendly and respectful atmosphere. I am looking for somebody rather on the quiet, clean and peaceful spectrum with tolerance to a pet.
There are shared living room, dining room, separate bathroom and toilet so plenty of space for privacy and get together places.

Price for room is £400 from a single person, £470 from a couple.
Security deposit is equlevant to a rent.
