The flat is a 15-minute walk to Heaton Park and close to town — just a 10-minute walk to Bowker Vale tram stop (20 minutes into the city centre!). Ideal for someone tidy, friendly, and easy going :) We’re after someone who’s happy to have a chat and hang out now and then, but also respects a calm, tidy home during the week. You should be independent, clean, and considerate — basically someone who’s grown-up about living with others but still up for a laugh. We like a social vibe without it feeling like a 24/7 party house.
